Well its actually Andromeda DeArmande’s Mystic Garden herbs. Its a new business idea I have embarked on.

I grow, cultivate, harvest and EVEN distill my own herbs. For incense and for essential oils. The store is not quite ready yet this is why everything you see will say “Out of Stock” we are currently working on our “stock”. These herbs and oils will be essentially rare because of the limited supply but I can promise you, they are loved so they will be perfect, uncut and preservative free. So don’t look for these products to be ready anytime soon. These are all done by my hands and I can’t make my seedlings grow on command.
You should see our first products start to emerge by late summer. As always, you will be updated here.

Had so many issues with Surpass Hosting that we have moved over to The Planet. Things are much better here. I should have 99.9% uptime now AND quicker loading. Sorry to those of you who were trying to access certain pages and would get a time out or a 500 error. This should no longer be happening.

Wow that was interesting. Lost my domain name but, I was able to get it back. Whew! I apologize for the lack of updates but I can not access WP unless the domain is attached. What a pain!
I have some things to update about, but will do so later on tonight.
One thing is, I have discovered how to use herbs and will embark on the incense making project shortly.

My trusty sidekick, my little electronic tablet of joy in which my mind and body energies flow though out my fingertips to manipulate and create has decided to take a hiatus. My laptop hard drive died. However, the replacement is coming soon so I have have to resort to using my work PC until my little tablet is brought back to life. Still moving along. I am particuarly close to my Dianic path as of late. Things are definately falling into place with me. Although at this time I do not have a diety or a patron, I am in no hurry to find one either. I am rather comfortable with the way things are progressing. I do have an outing to attend with other pagans for Ostara. However, since I will be moving that day, I have to wait til next time. I am currently intersted in Patrons, I will update with that on one of the pages soon or as soon as i find something worthy of posting.

I performed my 2nd spell ever with outstanding results.
I found a home in the area in which I was looking. Perfect for me. Meaning it had everything I was looking for in a home. So I contacted the owner and she let me see it right away. I was amazed. The magic pager was going off loud and clear, I answered it.
Anyway, not wanting the house to slip away I promptly went home and began my magickal workings.
The spell I performed is one I will give to you now as a gift since it was highly effective. How do I know? We are moving in, in 2 weeks!
Home Spell
For this you will need your basic altar layout. Call the elements, use the athame to cast your bubble.
One white candle
One Brown Candle
A small peice of parchment and writing instrument
Cauldron
Once you have centered and cast your circle. Take the small peice of parchment and writing instrument. On the paper write the FULL address of the home you want. Then recite the following spell:
A house my own, a house to be free, a house that loves me and is perfect for me.
A perfect house to rest and play, where my heart is at home is now coming my way.
My own home to live and love and grow, tis my will now make it so!
Now hold the parchment with the address over the flame of the brown candle. As soon as you have a good burn going, drop it in your cauldron. Some parchment may be stubborn and burn out but relight it and place it back in your cauldron. Once paper has burned completely, take the ashes and bury them in your yard. Then say “So mote it be”. Go back to your altar, extinguish your candles (no need to let them burn to the end) and open up your circle.
I wish you success!
Blessed be!

Had a discussion with my husband tonight. Well as much as you can have with him and his 5 minute attention span. I told him I was going to a pagan celebration for Ostara. He said he wanted to go. Bluntly, just like that “i’ll go with you.” Of course it didn’t come w/o his jab at me. The “I understand, youre getting older” basicly saying that the only reason I am a pagan is because I am getting old an need a religion. Nothing could be further from the truth. Of course I can’t tell him that. Charley, my devoted husband has one HUGE problem. He has a very VERY large demon. I dont mean the normal sized Morton’s demon, I mean philosophicly, he has the biggest demon blocking is belief system that I Have ever seen. Sometimes I feel like this demon will be the ultimate end of our marriage, that it will either one day destroy us, or force me to flee. He only believes and hears what he wants to, everything else is blocked. So, in essence, I can say a sentence and if he hears something that he knows hes not going to believe, he automaticly, shuts off. He walks away and pre-occupies himself with something else, or he will laugh and tear me down. Now, some people might call this rude. I dont. I call it fear. He is afraid his demon will be compromised. See his demon protects him as much as he protects his demon. This is a result of fight or flight reaction. He does both to protect his demon. I can’t talk to him about it because his demon wont let me. The only thing I can do is try to find a backdoor, a way around his demon.
What I want to tell him is that the reason I am going back to my pagan beliefs is because I can’t remember a time in my life where I was the most at peace with myself. The most confidant, the most grounded. I want that back. I feel somewhere along the line I lost respect for myself and left paganism. I want to come back.

initation ritual
Tools you will need:
Candle = Fire
incense = Air
chalice = water
Pentagram = earth
athame
pre-chosen magickal name
full moon
_________________________
1) Center and release
2) Ritual Bath - salt and sage into the water.
3) center and release again (be sure to remove any excess
negative energy from your day)
With your athame, Cast a circle with yourself and all of
your supplies inside it.
Cleanse your mind and picture the energy of the universe
and nature mixed with your energy. Imagine yourself
glowing purple or orange, whatever works for you. While
facing North point your athame, wand, finger, or whatever
you use towards the ground and see the energy flowing out.
Begin to walk clockwise (right) around the circumference
of the circle. Imagine a sphere forming with you inside
it, half below the ground and half above.
Light the candle and incense. For the ritual itself, you
may stand or kneel; whatever you feel comfortable doing.
Make sure that when you are going to the quarters, you
take your time and feel the elements’ presence where you
are.
I call upon Earth, the power to make.
I call upon Air, the power to take.
I call upon Fire, the power to grow.
I call upon Water, the power to flow.
(Circling deosil, chant)
Green power and gold,
red power and blue,
Here the power we do unfold,
Quarters’ might, strong and true.
Four the winds to weave the round,
‘tween the worlds the power be bound.
Till we send it at the last,
Guardians keep it strong and fast.
Return to the centre and say:
O Goddess,
Answers to all mysteries and yet mysteries unanswered;
In this place of power I open myself to Your Essence.
In this place and in this time I am changed;
From hence forth I walk the Paths of the Craft.
I dedicate myself Andromeda AutumnMoon to you, Goddess
(rest for a moment, silent, still. Then continue;
I breathe your energies into my body,
commingling, blending,
mixing them with mine,
that I may see the divine in nature,
nature in the divine,
and divinity within myself and all else.
O Great Goddess,
Make me one with your essence
Make me one with your essence
Make me one with your essence.
Meditate upon your initiation, upon the good you will do,
and on the Goddess. This is the time to relax and meditate
I dismiss you now, Oh spirits of air
(earth,fire,water,) and ask you to return to your
elemental home harming none as you go and taking with you
my thanks for your attendance.
Close the circle by picking up your athame, wand, finger,
or whatever you used to cast it and walk to the corner at
which you started. Point at the boundary of the circle and
begin to walk counter-clockwise (left) until you complete
the circle. While you’re walking visualize the circle
disappearing and the energy flowing back through the tool.
When you are finished say “The circle is open, but
unbroken.”

For those of you Christian Fundamentalists who are having trouble understanding Wicca, let me make this perfectly, crystal, clear:
-
Wiccans do not perform black magic. We believe that what you do will return to you three-fold and we are bound by the Wiccan Rede. This does not mean it will make us 3x more powerfully evil if we do something bad! This means 3x more bad luck and pain upon us if we cause harm or 3x more good luck to us if we give positively.
-
Wiccans do not sacrifice animals in ritual. This is a falsehood, an idea created by people who do not understand magick. Most of us love animals, many of us are vegetarians because we do not wish an animal killed for our food. We see deity in all life, including animals. If you want to split hairs, read your bible, Christians made sacrifices of not only animals but PEOPLE TOO! Wiccans never have.
-
Wiccans do not worship the devil. Satan is an entity in Christianity, Judaism and Islam. We have no such concept in Wicca nor is there one in Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikism or any other pagan religion except Zoroasterianism from where the concept originated.
-
Wiccans do not perform ‘black masses’. These are parodies of a different religion and we respect other religions. Our celebrations are instead positive and beautiful celebrations of the human spirit. If you need further clarification, ask a wiccan, DO NOT ask a christian. They are not wiccan there for they only know what they want to believe.
I, for some reason, find myself drawing closer and closer to Dianic Wiccan. Its not that I dislike men, or that I am a lesbian, but more and more I find thier ways following along side mine.
Its like driving my car parallel to railroad tracks runing in the same direction. They always seem to be there, even when I shift direction.
Does this mean something? Is this where I need to go?
I guess I keep thinking that sooner or later I will change course and no longer be in parallel. Maybe its me, myself is trying to pull away. Is my pager going off? Is this where I need to go?
I’m keeping my eyes open while still keeping my eye on Dianic Wicca. All I can do is wait.
